For Sale: This is a tube (3) instrument (c.1959)
designed to check the high voltage sections of
TVs. It is in excellent condition & has had the
line cord replaced & 1 tube. It has the original
manual & has voltage outputs on all jacks,
although I’m not sure if they are correct as it
depends on being attached to a TV which I haven’t
tried. The manual is very good – including hook-up
diagrams, photos & a schematic. No probes are
included. It uses the small pin type common in
early test equipment which I think are still
available & also uses 1 PL-259 type but with the
center hole filled in with solder. I’ll include
some suggestions on substitutes for these no
longer common types – (PL-259 can be easily
replaced with a BNC jack). Price not including
